吴转娣的研究连接甘蔗健康种苗与分子生物学。2025年《生物技术通报》作者简介列其为硕士、副研究员，并将她列为果蔗线条花叶病毒脱除技术论文的通讯作者；试验结合热水处理与芽尖培养。2026年JIA编辑部又确认，她是ScD27.2相关甘蔗分蘖调控研究的第一作者。两类工作分别针对种苗健康和生长发育机制，应分别记录证据，不能以一项处理结果概括所有品种或生产环境。Wu Zhuandi's research connects healthy sugarcane planting material with molecular biology. Her author biography in Biotechnology Bulletin in 2025 identifies her as holding a master's degree and as an associate research professor, and lists her as corresponding author of a paper on eliminating Sugarcane streak mosaic virus from chewing cane; the experiment combined hot-water treatment with shoot-tip culture. In 2026, the JIA editorial office also identified her as first author of research on ScD27.2-related regulation of sugarcane tillering. These two lines of work concern planting-material health and growth and development mechanisms respectively. Their evidence should be recorded separately, without generalizing one treatment result to all varieties or production environments.
