吴建明（1978年生）是广西甘蔗栽培和健康种苗研究者。《环球人物》2025年原采访记载其来自广西宁明，1997年进入广西大学，2004年到广西农科院工作，2006年考取李杨瑞的博士生后转入甘蔗研究方向。报道时他任广西农科院甘蔗所所长，主要叙述脱毒健康种苗繁育及配套生产技术。2020年旱地甘蔗项目申报公示亦列其为主要完成人。Wu Jianming, born in 1978, researches sugarcane cultivation and healthy planting material in Guangxi. An original 2025 Global People interview records that he came from Ningming, Guangxi, entered Guangxi University in 1997, began work at the Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences in 2004, and moved into sugarcane research after entering doctoral study under Li Yangrui in 2006. At the time of the report he was director of the academy's Sugarcane Research Institute. The interview mainly describes propagation of pathogen-eliminated healthy planting material and supporting production techniques. A 2020 application notice for a rainfed sugarcane project also lists him as a principal contributor.
