National technology extension organization; organization of sugarcane mechanization exchanges
Biographical profile
The formal notice for the 2020 online sugarcane mechanization exchanges lists Xu Zhenxing alongside Liu Xian as a chair of the organizing committee. A 2021 notice from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs also lists him as a member of the Expert Guidance Group for Full-Process Mechanization of Crop Production, with the Agricultural Mechanization General Station as his institution and researcher as his professional title. A distinction is necessary: membership of the all-crop expert guidance group in 2021 is not the same as membership of its sugarcane specialist subgroup. This profile uses only the identity actually stated in the document and does not recast him as a member of the sugarcane specialist subgroup.
